The Jiu-Jitsu Challenge Festival kicks off on Saturday.. and entertaining activities for families

Tomorrow, Saturday, the Jiu-Jitsu Challenge Festival, which includes the Challenge Championship for buds and cubs (4-15 years) categories, will continue until next Sunday evening at the Emirates University in Al Ain, with the participation of about 800 players from different clubs and academies of the country, amid great participation and attendance. Distinguished for Sharjah Clubs for Self-Defense Sports, Palms Sports Academy, Al Ain, Al Wahda and Baniyas. 

Member of the Emirates Jiu-Jitsu Federation Board of Directors, Yousef Abdullah Al-Batran, says that the Challenge Jiu-Jitsu Championship represents an important base for identifying the nation's emerging talents and building a new and ambitious generation of talented jiu-jitsu champions who are able to represent the nation in international championships.

Al-Batran added that the sport of jiu-jitsu has become ingrained in the Emirati society, and represents a way of life for many children of families who are more than ever aware of the importance of this unique sport and its many noble values. 

The first three editions of the festival this year enjoyed exceptional success and a huge turnout from all sports enthusiasts, while the parents and parents of the players expressed their happiness with this distinguished tournament and their joy in participating in the occasions in which they witnessed the superiority of their children and their ascension to the podiums, receiving rewards and encouragement for their performance and courage on the rug.  

The federation announced in its statement issued today that the championship will start tomorrow, Saturday, with the children’s competitions from the white, gray and yellow belts campaign, while its fights will continue on Sunday with the competitions for the cubs and juniors categories of the white, gray, yellow, orange and green belts. 

The balance stage for the competitors begins on the first day of the tournament on Saturday morning, between 8-10 and the competitions will start at 11 am.

On the other hand, the festival will provide a range of recreational activities and events for families who will attend the tournament, including games and recreational activities for families.
