Sultan Al Qasimi rewards Sharjah champions with 27 million dirhams

Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, 27 million dirhams were approved to reward the emirate’s clubs that achieved achievements in the (2020-2021) and (2021-2022) seasons, in appreciation of the giving of these clubs, and as an incentive for their teams and players to continue Achieving titles and championships locally, and continuing to strive to honor the country in international forums.

The award includes the players of 17 club teams in the Emirate of Al Basma, which achieved titles and championships in the past and current seasons, which are: Sharjah Sports, Al Bataeh, Thiqa for the Disabled, Dibba Al-Hisn, Maliha, Khorfakkan Sports, Sharjah for Self-Defense Sports, Sharjah for Marine Sports, Sharjah Cultural Chess, Ittihad Kalba, Al Dhaid, Al Hamriya, Girls' Chess, Khor Fakkan for the Disabled, Madame, Sharjah Equestrian and Racing, Sharjah Women's Sports Foundation.

The Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, Issa Hilal Al-Hazami, expressed his deepest thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, for the new generous donation to motivate clubs with achievements for the past and current seasons, stressing that these achievements would not have been achieved. Had it not been for His Highness’s unlimited support for the emirate’s clubs, his care of his athletes, and his keenness to always appreciate the distinguished.”
