Australian goalkeeper Andrew Redmayne has made himself known for his bushy movements on the goal line in connection with penalty kicks - and that was also why the national team captain Graham Arnold chose to replace the 33-year-old with only minutes left to play extra time in the decisive World Cup qualifier with Peru.

Once in the penalty shootout, he did as he usually does and even though he did not celebrate any major successes with his odd dances at first, he stepped forward and saved Peru's sixth penalty - and it turned out to be enough.

In the World Cup, Australia will play in Group D together with Denmark, France and Tunisia.
