District Judge Jennifer Dorsey said the lawsuit was dismissed because Mayorga's lawyer used stolen documents detailing negotiations between Ronaldo and his lawyers, according to the Associated Press.
In this case, re-examination of the claim is not possible.
Mayorga blamed Ronaldo in 2018.
She claimed that the Portuguese allegedly paid her $375,000 for her silence.
The athlete himself did not deny the connection with the woman, but noted that everything was by mutual agreement.
In July 2019, it was announced that Ronaldo would not be prosecuted, as his guilt was found to be unprovable.
Subsequently, the woman filed a new claim for multimillion-dollar compensation.
Earlier, Portugal head coach Fernando Santos said that no one in football will replace Ronaldo.
