Poland's Šviontik is the champion of "Tennis Roland Garros"

Polish world number one Iga Šviontik won her second title at the French Grand Prix Roland Garros, with a landslide victory over American teenager Coco Gauff 6-1, 6-3 in one hour and 8 minutes.

The 21-year-old, crowned at Roland Garros in 2020, raised her score to 35 consecutive victories, equaling the number of American Venus Williams in the third millennium, winning her ninth title in her young career and sixth in a row this year after Doha, Indian Wells, Miami, Stuttgart and Rome.
