The sporting rivalry between Sweden and Norway is hardly new.

But it is updated in connection with Sunday's match between neighboring countries.

At Saturday's press conference ahead of the Nations League meeting, the national team captain Janne Andersson gets questions about the rivalry.

- I see it as something positive.

It's fun when you get to meet a neighboring country and there is prestige in that way, he says.

Who is the "big brother"?

In recent times, Norway has had several new big stars - such as tennis' Casper Ruud and golf's Viktor Hovland.

The league captain is asked by Sweden and Norway which nation is the "big brother", purely in terms of sports.

- I do not know if I want to comment on it ... But I would rather be Swedish than Norwegian, he smiles.

"Good at quite a lot"

Andersson gives some examples:

- I can not bear to talk about all other sports.

But the equestrian national team, pole vault with Duplantis and then Daniel Ståhl.

There are some things we are pretty good at in Sweden besides football.

I do not want to paint it in a bad way, but rivalry is positive.

But we are good at quite a lot in Sweden as well.

Sweden's match against Norway starts at 20.45 on Sunday.
