Boxer Khasanov died at the age of 18 after a competition in Chelyabinsk 

On May 27, 18-year-old boxer felt unwell during the awards ceremony at the regional competitions in honor of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Doctors provided first aid on the spot, after which the athlete was hospitalized, the press service of the Boxing Federation of the Chelyabinsk Region reported on the page on the social network VKontakte.

Khasanov died in the hospital six days later.

The Boxing Federation of the Chelyabinsk Region suspended the boxer's personal trainer, the referee of the fight, as well as the chairman of the panel of judges for the duration of internal checks of the incident.
