The Korean men's hockey team advanced to the Asian Championship final.

Korea, led by coach Shin Seok-gyo, drew 4-4 with India in the third round of the finals on the 6th day of the 10th Asian Cup men's hockey tournament in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Korea, which recorded 1 win and 2 draws in the finals, was tied with Malaysia and India, but finished second in goal difference and advanced to the finals.

Malaysia, who scored +5 in goal difference, advanced to the finals and will face off to win the championship at 8:30 pm on the 1st in our time.

Korea's goal difference is +2 and India's is +1.

If they had lost, Korea would have been pushed to the 3rd place match, but with one minute left at the end of the 3rd quarter, which was behind 3–4, Jung Man-jae's equalization goal gave Korea a ticket to the finals.

Korea is aiming to return to the top of the Asian Cup for the first time in 9 years since the 2013 tournament.

In 2017, the previous competition, India won the championship, and Korea was fourth.

Against Malaysia in the finals, Korea lost 4-5 in the group stage, and drew 2-2 when they met again in the final.
