According to the document, the entrance for sports competitions for fans will be carried out with a Fan ID.
An application for a FAN ID can be sent through the public services portal.
The document will reflect the history of the actions of its owner at sporting events.
The authors of the initiative to introduce Fan ID noted that the adoption of the bill will create an opportunity to use the experience gained during the 2017 Confederations Cup and the 2018 World Cup in Russia within the framework of Russian competitions.
Earlier, Minister of Sports Oleg Matytsin said when the fan passport will begin to be valid for admitting fans to stadiums.
