The playoffs to be held on the 28th will be the top SC Karuizawa club, which showed overwhelming strength in all eight qualifying league wins, the second place Sapporo International University, the consadole aiming for the fourth straight victory in the third place, and the fourth place. There are 4 teams from the Kitami Association.
In the playoffs, the 1st place SC Karuizawa Club and the 2nd place Sapporo International University will play against each other, and the winning team will advance to the final on the 29th.
On the other hand, the losing team will play against the winner of the match between Consadole in 3rd place and Kitami Association in 4th place, and the winner will advance to the final.
