On Thursday, a thrilling final in the Swedish Cup awaits.

Hammarby, who took home the title after a penalty shootout against Häcken last year, is looking to defend the gold.

Last year, due to the pandemic, they had to celebrate without the audience in place.

This year, however, a big audience party awaits.

- It means a lot, especially a lot to our fans.

When you win titles, you automatically become a big club, says Nahir Besara to SVT Sport.

- I think it will be difficult to sleep because you long so much.

I do not think you need to pepper each other for a match like this.

"What you dreamed of"

During Wednesday's training, Gustav Ludwigson participated, who was in charge of the match against IFK Norrköping in the Allsvenskan last.

Missing, however, was the first goalkeeper Oliver Dovin.

According to head coach Marti Cifuentes, an evaluation will be made of the players on Thursday.

Otherwise, there is a good feeling in the squad before the thrilling decision.

- This is what you have dreamed of.

It's cool, says Astrit Selmani, who sang and made her entrance for training at Tele2 arena.

- It is good for a relaxed environment (to sing and spread a good atmosphere).

There may be players who feel nervous and stressed.

I myself am calm, and singing and having joy can spread.

"Sweden's best of all time"

In the stands, a certain Zlatan Ibrahimovic, co-owner of Bajen, may take a seat.

Hammarby's Abbe Khalili admits that he has had contact with the star.

- You have had some text messages here and there.

If he comes?

I hope so.

It would have been fun.

Ibrahimovic recently became league champion with Italian Milan.

- I sent a congratulations, it's great fun for him.

He deserves it.

He came to a tough Milan and made them champions.

Please note that the tall Swede may be present at the final:

- It is Sweden's best football player of all time, it would of course be fun.

But I play for Hammarby and my goal is to win.

You can watch the final between Hammarby and Malmö FF live on SVT1 starting at 2.30 pm, Thursday 26 May.
