Complicated evening for Patrick Vieira at Goodison Park.

The Crystal Palace coach saw his side lose 3-2 at Everton after leading by two goals at the Toffees.

Victory which allowed the latter to ensure their maintenance in the Premier League, causing undisguised joy in the stands of Goodison Park and causing an invasion of the field.

As he was quietly leaving the lawn, the world and European champion was knocked out by an Everton supporter who we guess was completely drunk.

The drop too much for Vieira who grabs the guy and sticks him a brush from the future.

The manager later declined to comment on the incident.

Patrick Vieira has been filmed in an altercation with an Everton fan on the pitch at Goodison Park during tonight's pitch invasion.
