Emirates supports Roland Garros for the tenth year in a row

Emirates, the largest international airline in the world, continues to support the Roland Garros Championship for the tenth year in a row, as the official carrier and privileged partner of the famous Paris Championship, which begins next Monday and continues until the fifth of next June. 

This year's edition is of particular importance, as it coincides with Emirates' celebration of the 30th anniversary of the launch of its operations at Charles de Gaulle Airport in the French capital, Paris.

Boutros Boutros, Emirates Senior Vice President of Shared Communications, Marketing and Brand, said: “We are proud to celebrate our tenth year at Roland Garros 2022. The clay-court tournament is one of the most popular and followed tournaments in the world, and we are pleased to use our platform to interact with tennis fans. around the world, bringing them together and letting them enjoy watching the matches in exclusive experiences.”

The partnership between Emirates and Roland Garros began in 2013, and the airline became a premium partner of the Grand Slam tournament in 2018. Under the partnership agreement, Emirates Airlines has a prominent presence throughout the tournament, including the brand in the central court "Philippe Chatrier" and the stadium " Susan Lenglin and Simon Mathew.

Emirates is also sponsoring the 'Legends Cup', which will take place from May 31 to June 5 in Roland Garros, and this year will partner with a local organization to provide children with mobility challenges with an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium and a chance to meet world-famous tennis legends on May 30.
