The Vietnam Under-23 soccer team, led by coach Park Hang-seo, reached the final for the second time in a row with a theater goal in overtime at the Southeast Asian Games.

Vietnam was once again caught up in the 'Park Hang-seo craze'.

Even before the match, the whole host country Vietnam was heated up.



A car parade was held with a picture of coach Park Hang-seo at the fore, followed by enthusiastic cheers that dyed the spectators red at the stadium.



Vietnam failed to open a goal easily, missing several decisive opportunities in the semi-finals against Malaysia.



As the match became fierce enough to cause injuries, coach Park strongly protested to the referee, but warmly encouraged his students, and Vietnam finally scored the winning goal in the second half of overtime in the 6th minute.



'Wild Card' Tienlin took a free kick to the head and made the home fans go crazy.



Vietnam won 1-0 to advance to the finals for the second time in a row, and the Vietnamese people were enthusiastic about 'Park Hang-seo Magic'.



A parade of motorbikes waving Vietnamese flags and Taegeukgi filled the streets, continuing the night of the festival.
