A meeting of experts from the Japan Sports Agency was held to consider issues for shifting club activities to the region, and representatives of the Board of Education who were asked to give their opinions on the proposal presented last month helped to eliminate regional disparities. There were calls for national support for the development of leaders.

In order to balance club activities and work style reforms of teachers, the national government plans to gradually shift the club activities of junior high school on holidays to local sports clubs from next year, and the Japan Sports Agency will consider the issues. We have set up a meeting of experts.

Last month, the Council of Experts presented a proposal that included measures to secure leaders and possible saucers, and on the 19th, we asked 11 organizations such as the National Governors' Association for their opinions on the proposal.

Among them, representatives of the boards of education in each region said, "I am worried that the purpose will be diminished and the understanding of the citizens will be obtained, only to eliminate the busyness of teachers." I want you to show your vision and publicize it. "

In addition, representatives such as the superintendents of towns and villages said, "It is difficult to secure leaders in small-scale local governments, and there are few groups that serve as recipients, so I would like you to consider ways to eliminate the disparity with urban areas." Opinions were also given.

In addition, many organizations have pointed out that national support is needed to curb cost burdens, set up sports organizations, and train leaders.

Based on the opinions of the 19th, the Council of Experts will hold a meeting on the 31st of this month to summarize the recommendations.
