The victory beats Al-Ahly of Egypt for the fourth time in a row

Al-Ahly missed the victory for the fourth match in a row in the Egyptian Premier League, with a goalless draw with its host, Al-Ahly Bank.

Al-Ahly drew in the last three matches after its 1-0 defeat against Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi, to raise its score to 34 points from 15 games, in third place, seven points behind leaders Zamalek, who played 19 games.

Al Ahli Bank is in eighth place with 25 points from 18 matches.

Al-Ahly dominated the first half and missed two successive chances before Al-Ahly Bank players began participating in the attacks.

Al-Ahly's first opportunity appeared six minutes after the start, with a shot from Mahmoud Waheed, which was pushed away by the bank guard to a corner kick.

Ten minutes later, Mohamed Sharif sent a shot that went past the right post of Mahmoud Al-Zanfali, the bank's goalkeeper.

Mohamed El-Shennawy, the Al-Ahly goalkeeper, starred and kept a header from Karim Ahmed (Bambo) from his goal.

The referee canceled a goal for Al-Ahly in the 30th minute, after a long pass from Mohamed Magdy "Qafsha" to Waheed, who put the ball in the goal, but the video referee technology canceled the goal due to a violation before the goal.

Sayed Abdel Hafeez, Al-Ahly's football director, was expelled for protesting the referee's decision to refer to video technology.

With the beginning of the second half, Taher Mohamed Taher ran down the right flank and received Percy Tau's pass before hitting the post near the post.

In the 49th minute, Sharif missed an opportunity after a perfect cross pass from Tao, but Sharif put the ball weak in the hands of the goalkeeper.

Bambu responded by wasting an opportunity for Al-Ahly Bank in the 53rd minute when he was facing Al-Shennawi's goal, who left the field an hour after the start due to injury.
