He started the season in the Los Angeles Kings' fourth chain, but towards the end of the regular season, Carl Grundström gained more and more confidence and playing time.

In the final games of the quarterfinals against the Edmonton Oilers, he played in the LA Kings' second chain and in total there were three goals and one assist in the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Now the World Cup games are waiting for the 24-year-old.

- It's going to be a lot of fun.
