Last year's title was already secured during the penultimate competition weekend, something that in practice should be more or less impossible.
But after eleven victories, 15 of 18 possible podium places and a fifth place at worst, no one came close to competing with Robert Dahlgren and now it is clear that he will compete in STCC next season as well.

I never set foot on a racetrack without the goal of winning and 2022 is no exception.
It will be tough, especially as the starting field grows this year, but the conditions are there and the goal is clearly on the title.
Marcus Ekström, team manager for PWR Racing, is of course pleased that Dahlgren has chalked up for a new season:
