In April 2020, when camp training was banned due to COVID-19, coach A, who was leading the marathon team at the time, conducted field training with the players of his business team.

He took him to his villa in Gangwon-do and had four male athletes stay together in a room of about 4 square meters, and he mobilized them for work unrelated to sports, such as getting firewood from the Goseong wildfire site.

The players who couldn't stand it came out.

Director A revealed through a petition to the Blue House that he engaged in 'gap-jil' such as making private labor and violating human rights with insulting words.

Then, coach A denied the allegations and claimed 100 million won in damages to the player who exposed it.

[Victim player: When I first received that he was a warden, I only thought that he wanted to die.

It seems that the processes I have to fight for are too long.

It is me who suffered damage, but I have to compensate 100 million won.]

The Sports Ethics Center, which was investigating, requested disciplinary action from the management agency saying that coach A was found to have violated the player's physical freedom and personal rights.

However, the so-called 'self-discipline' controversy is arising because the management organization is a regional federation headed by Director A.

[Director A/President of Local Athletics Federation: I am the president of the ○○ Athletics Federation, but I have to be disciplined to say 'Nothing is wrong' and send it back.

I can't admit this.]

Coach A foretold a court battle, saying, "The field training provided convenience at my own expense, and the players' claims are different from the truth."
