The Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah, the top scorer of the Liverpool team, ignited a war of words with the stars of Real Madrid, after the two teams qualified for the Champions League final.

Salah published pictures of the second leg of the semi-final against Villarreal, and commented on it, saying, "We have a revenge, we want to liquidate it," moments after the Royal won 3-1 against Manchester City last night and qualified to face the Reds.

We have a score to settle.

The tweet sparked a wide interaction on the communication platforms, as a result of which the global trend of Salah was issued in the late hours of yesterday evening, Wednesday.

Real Madrid's Brazilian midfielder Casemiro responded, in televised statements after the City match, "Everyone can choose what he wants, perhaps because of his previous injury (meaning Salah's injury in the Champions League final in 2018)."

"We have a new final, a new history, and we respect that, and we know it will be difficult."

And his German colleague, Toni Kroos, contented himself with publishing a sarcastic tweet, in which he put only a number of laughing expressions, and the fans guessed that it was an indirect message in response to Salah's tweet as well.
