The Egyptian team was also fined 6,000 Swiss francs due to the team's misconduct.

The Egyptian Federation had submitted a complaint to the International Federation against the backdrop of the events in the Senegal match and the harassment he was subjected to.

On the other hand, the Algerian Federation was fined 3,000 Swiss francs for throwing projectiles and igniting smoke bombs during the play-off, which it lost dramatically with Cameroon in Blida (1-0 and 1-2 after extension).

Thus, the International Federation had satisfied itself with financial fines and disciplinary penalties, while the Algerian Federation hoped to replay the match, objecting to the "scandalous arbitration" of Gambian Bakari Gassama.

But the latter was fined 120,000 Swiss francs with a penalty for playing a match without fans for its violations in the first leg between them on March 25.

Lebanon was subjected to a large fine of 100,000 Swiss francs while playing a match without its fans, for failing to maintain security, throwing projectiles and storming the field during the confrontation with Syria last March, in which Syria received a fine of 7,500 Swiss francs.
