Reigning Champions League champions Barcelona have a chance at a new title after advancing to the final.

The Spanish big team, with Swedish Fridolina Rolfö in the team, had 5-1 to go on from the first semifinal meeting at home.

In Germany, it was a rare loss after two goals by Wolfsburg in the second half by Tabea Wassmuth and Jill Roord.

After just over an hour of play and shortly after 2-0, Fridolina Rolfö was replaced.

Barcelona's latest loss was against Lyon on 19 August last year.

The last time the team left a competition match was goalless against Wolfsburg almost two years ago, 25 August 2020.

Later tonight, Lyon and PSG will meet in the second semifinal.

Lyon won the first meeting 3--2.
