The night before Sunday, Swedish time, it explodes in Madison Square Garden in New York.

Elin Cederroos, living in Västerås but with her roots in Harmånger, then has the chance to write Swedish boxing history if she wins all four world champion belts in super middleweight (76.2 kilos) in the title match against the American Franchón Crews-Dezurn.

A fight that should have taken place already in Miami last summer, but has been postponed twice at short notice.

- Now it's finally time.

It's an incredible feeling.

I have so many emotions in my body, but I am in the present and really take in everything and enjoy.

I'm so calm.

It has never felt so good, says the 37-year-old to SVT Sport after the weigh-in that took place on Friday, local time, the day before the match.

Laurén in place and supports

Now almost the whole family has moved to New York.

The friend and former world champion Mikaela Laurén is also present and supporting.

She and Cederroos hugged each other in the audience after the weigh-in.

What do you say about the support?

- Fantastic.

There's a big bunch here.

My mother, siblings, my husband, for example.

It can not get better.

What does your schedule look like now until the match?

- I'll get food in me.

Eats almost all the time, a little.

Rest and take it easy.

A little workout tomorrow morning to get the body going properly after the weigh-in.

I'm just going to enjoy it all so I'll be

so

ready tomorrow night.

"Hope you are up"

Any special routine that you never miss before a match?

- No, not so many tics like that actually.

Not that I'm aware of anyway, haha.

I have a pretty nice attitude that if things do not go perfectly, there is no danger.

Any greetings to the Swedish fans who sit at home and cheer on?

- Fantastic that you are at home and support.

I hope you come up the night before Sunday and can watch the match.

Elin Cederroo's match is broadcast in Sweden by the streaming service DAZN.
