Calm, relaxed, confident.

Despite all the uproar surrounding this weekend's big boxing gala in Madison Square Garden, it is a relaxed Elin Cederroos who meets the media on Thursday, local time, about two days before the match.

- I just enjoy being here.

It feels unreal sometimes, but then I just look out the window of my hotel room and see Madison Square Garden.

It feels fantastic, she tells SVT Sport.

"A real fight"

No Swedish boxer has ever won all four world champion belts in one and the same weight class.

But the undefeated 37-year-old from Västerås has the chance.

She already owns two World Cup belts (WBA and IBF).

- I already see in front of me that I will succeed.

I wrote history in my last match almost two and a half years ago, but am in so much better shape now.

Nothing can stop me.

I will be the winner.

Opponent Franchón Crews-Dezurn also puts her two world championship belts at stake (WBC and WBO).

- She is a typical American professional boxer who is moving forward and wants to fight.

I want to do the same, but at a distance.

I will own the ring and we will invite the fans to a real fight.

"Historic for female boxing"

What are your impressions of the place here in New York?

- Great fun to be a part of this big and historic for female boxing.

The main match at the gala between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano is the biggest match ever in the history of the women's side.

To be a part of it and to be invited to a show feels enormous.

I feel calm and stable and just enjoy this.

Yes, have you been able to stop and take in the whole experience?

- I think so.

There are a lot of activities right now that you get kicks off, I think there will be a lot to digest afterwards, but I try to be in the now.
