Between the training sessions, for the national athletics team with athletes from both the next golden generation and a number of exciting talents crowded at the starting line, in Montenegro with the coast towards the Adriatic Sea, one of Sweden's most successful athletes appeared.

Carolina Klüft - multiple world champion and Olympic gold medalist in sevens, she will together with former World Cup bronze medalist also her husband Patrik lead a new venture, athletics Olympic offensive, so that even more can take the difficult step from promising to world elite.

- It will be very exciting, an honorary assignment to be able to support these juniors who will take the step to senior.

We will try to create a wonderful atmosphere, security and team spirit.

And give them the support they need, says Carolina Klüft to SVT Sport shortly after she arrived in the Montegrin city of Bar.

How do you view the talents selected in the venture now?

- It feels like Swedish athletics is fantastically good right now.

Both in terms of the top and the successes we have seen.

But also with good regrowth and many talents.

And we are very happy about the gang that we will have to support a little extra.

Carolina Klüft believes that success breeds success, and that the next golden generation's progress creates a good atmosphere that is important.

- There is something in it where there are many who can inspire, push each other, share pressure and feel it.

In any case, it meant a lot to me during the years I competed at my top level, that I had people around me such as Kajsa (Bergqvist) Patrik (husband Klüft).

It becomes a move and you get inspired.

If they can, I can.

And the active ones here seem to have a damn wonderful feature.

What do you want to start adding to the talent pool?

- Start getting to know them, what their needs and wants are for support and what we can help them with.

I do not want to come in and change and tinker, I want to get to know them and create conditions for us to be able to assist with things.
