Yoga, fitness and free breakfast in Dubai.. on the 26th and 27th of Ramadan

Dubai Active Living Exhibition revealed the launch of “Active On Beach”, the first free fitness festival, over two days, April 27 and 28 (Ramadan 26 and 27), at Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah in cooperation with Fit and Glam Centers and The Platform Studios.

According to an official statement, "there will be an opportunity to participate, during the holy month of Ramadan, in a group of beach yoga sessions and basic sports exercises dedicated to the supervision of the two American-Jordanian trainers, Ruba and Heba Ali. The festival will conclude with a free breakfast for the participants."

The first day of the event (Wednesday, April 27) will start at 4:30 pm, where participants will be presented with gift bags containing products, snacks and water bottles from Fitn Glam, Kind and Fiji.

Participants will be able to choose between participating in a yoga session or a basic exercise and fat burning session supervised by Fit and Glam Center at 5 pm.

This will be followed by exercises to enhance physical and mental abilities for 45 minutes under the supervision of trainer Heba at 6 pm, and the conclusion will be with a free breakfast.

The activities of the second day (Thursday, April 28) begin at 5:30 pm, where the light exercise session under the supervision of Ruba begins at 6 pm and lasts for an hour, followed by a free breakfast.
