The resignation of the director of the training center in Marseille

Marseille, the second-placed club in the French Football League, announced on Monday in a press statement that the director of the formation center of the Moroccan Club Mediterranean, Nasser Larguet, has resigned from his position "for personal reasons".

The club wrote in its statement that Largate, 63, announced that he had "informed his team this morning that he is resigning from his duties and will leave the club next week for personal reasons."

Larget, who was responsible for the training center in Marseille about three years ago, took over the leadership of the first team for a short period between the resignation of Portuguese Andre Villas-Boas (February 2021) and the contract with Argentine Jorge Sampaoli (March 2021).

The club clarified that it is working on the "next steps that will make it possible to better approach the future of training."
