Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz won his fourth title in his youth career after defeating compatriot Pablo Carreno Busta, the eighth seed, 6-3 6-2 in the Barcelona Open final on Sunday, hours after his victory in the semi-final was postponed due to rain.
