"The Emperor" crowned the Hamriyah Youth Championship Ramadan Cup title

The Hamriya Ramadan Youth Championship concluded in Dubai in a special atmosphere, where the Emperor’s team won the title of the first edition, after winning the final match against Al-Ittihad team 2-0, to take first place in the championship with 12 points.


The Legends team came second with 10 points, the youth team ranked third with 10 points, and Al Ittihad team ranked fourth with 3 points.  

During the conclusion, the player Salah Al-Muhairi was honored with the title of top scorer with 5 goals, Issa Al-Shamsi the ideal player, the best goalkeeper Ahmed Al-Suwaidi, the best midfield Khaled Al-Shamsi, and the ideal youth team.


The referees of the tournament were Jamal Al-Suwaidi, Marwan Al-Suwaidi, Saeed Al-Muhairi, Salem Al-Muhairi, and Muhammad Hathbour Al-Muhairi.


The tournament was organized by Obaid Rashid Al Shamsi, Aref Musbeh Al Muhairi, Muhammad Obaid Al Suwaidi, Abdullah Daen Al Ketbi, and Abdullah Hassan Al Shamsi.

Obaid Rashid Omran Al Shamsi, the supervisor of the tournament’s organization, said in a press statement: “Thank God, the tournament’s matches were successful in all respects, and their resonance reached near and far, and it will not be the first, God willing, due to the desire of many to continue and participate in it, and this indicates its family atmosphere, honorable competition and good organization.”

Al Shamsi added: “The tournament took on a popular character, but on the other hand, there was official attendance for the championship matches. We were honored by the presence of Abdullah Mohammed Al Basti, Secretary-General of the Executive Council of Dubai, Dr. Ahmed Saad Al Sharif, Deputy Director General of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, and Dirar Humaid Belhoul Al Falasi, Director of the Dubai Executive Council. General of Watani Al Emarat Foundation, Colonel Dr. Juma Sultan Al Shamsi from Dubai Police, Fahd Abdul Rahman Oyoun, former player of Al Wasl and UAE national team, Hamad Sultan Al Shamsi, former player of Al Wasl Club, Hamid Abdullah Al Shamsi from Dubai Land Department, and Ali Muhammad Al Shaibani from Dubai Border Crossing Security Council ".

The supervisor of organizing the tournament thanked all the supporters of the tournament and the honorable official and popular attendance, which was a major reason for the support and success of the tournament matches.
