A police dog stormed the pitch in the final of the Brazilian Championship Pernambuco between the teams Nautico and Retro, yesterday, Thursday, causing the match to be stopped for more than a minute and a half, until it was controlled and removed from the field after picking the ball between its fangs.

A video clip spread on social networking sites, garnering about a million and a half million views, for the moment the dog entered the stadium from the goal line during a sudden dangerous attack, in the last minutes of the match, as the result indicated that Retro progressed 1-0.

And the dog kept running for 90 seconds, roaming around the field between the players of the two teams, some of whom tried to control him in vain, then he picked up the ball in his mouth, and returned to roam with it again until the police entered and tied him by the neck to control him until he was quietly removed from the green rectangle.

The match was resumed later after the dog left the field, unharmed, to end with the same result 1-0 in favor of Retro.

A number of tweeters interacted with the video, who saw that it was one of the funniest shots in Brazilian stadiums.
