For the sixth time in its history, Al-Ahly youth are the champions of the UAE Basketball Cup

Al-Ahly youth team won the Vice President’s Basketball Cup for the sixth time in its history, by defeating Sharjah “96-93” after resorting to an extra game, in the exciting final match, Thursday, against Al-Wasl Club Hall in Dubai, and its original time ended in a draw “80- 80".

Al-Ahly youth added, by winning the Vice President’s Cup, the third title in its current season, after being crowned with the titles of the General League and the President’s Cup. The Dubai Knights also added their sixth title in the Vice President’s Cup competition after winning the title in the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons. 2013-2014, 2016-2017 and

2017-2018.


The head of the UAE and Arab federations, Major General Ismail Al Gergawi, accompanied by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sports Games Sector in Al-Ahly Youth, Team Mohammed Al-Marri, and members of the Board of Directors of the Basketball Association, imitated Al-Ahly youth with gold medals and the championship cup.
