Timrå lines up profile after profile since they won the qualifier against Djurgården.

Several important players have extended their contracts and Anton Lander, Anton Wedin and Emil Pettersson have chalked on.

The next player is now presented.

Experienced SHL goalkeeper David Rautio will join the club over the coming season.

The 36-year-old has 16 seasons in Sweden's highest league behind him - and has presented clubs such as Luleå Brynäs and most recently Linköping.

- There seems to be a great interest in hockey in Timrå and it feels super fun to be a part of it.

I'm really looking forward to coming down to meet the team and start the season 22/23.

"A very experienced goalkeeper"

In the coming season, he will settle with Jacob Johansson, who recently extended his contract, for the goalkeeper position in Timrå.

- In David, we get a very experienced goalkeeper who knows what it takes to perform at this level.

He is a really technically trained goalkeeper with good positional play.

We will have a good goalkeeper pair in jacob and David in the coming season, says Michel Zajkowski, goalkeeping coach Timrå IK, in a statement on the club's website.
