In the final minutes, Kalle Holmberg recorded the ball to Emmanuel Banda who turned in the air and pulled the ball on a volley over the crossbar, a nice attack that could have resulted in Djurgården who had a good pressure at the end of the match in front of well-filled stands.
After just under an hour, Djurgården equalized to 1-1.
Hampus Finndell found Joel Asoro who ran loose in the deep and took the ball and put it behind Warner Hahn in the blue and white goal.
In the 24th minute, Gustaf Norlin, the only change in Mikael Stahre's starting eleven, gave IFK Gothenburg the lead after a right corner.
Norlin hit and nodded the ball in goal after a failed zoo clearing.
