[Concurrent] Yang Ni, Judge of the Criminal Division of the People's Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing

Everyone may know about methamphetamine, marijuana, and heroin. These are drugs in the traditional sense. Such state-controlled drugs, including narcotics and psychotropic drugs, are also drugs in our strict sense. "Criminal Law" is clearly stipulated.

These so-called drugs that can treat symptoms such as insomnia and anxiety purchased on behalf of this case are actually psychotropic drugs that are strictly controlled by the state. Purchasing these drugs may constitute a corresponding drug crime.
