The Nigerian national team midfielder Ngozi Sonia Okobi-Oke, who has played in Eskilstuna since 2018, had a heavy 2021 where there was only one goal-scoring pass of the entire season.

But this year it has started well.

She scored Eskilstuna's first goal this season, when she started scoring in the 3-0 victory in the premiere away against Hammarby.

0-1 after corner

And even today, away from last year's series three Kristianstad, she impressed.

In the tenth minute, she got the ball after a throw-in on the right edge.

She advanced and faked away two home players and recorded the ball to Paulina Nyström who just behind the goal area line struck a strike and gave Eskilstuna the lead.

Nick goal for 1-2

Early in the second half, however, Kristianstad equalized.

But Okobi-Okeoghene gave Eskilstuna the lead again in the 78th minute, when she nodded in Elise Stenevik's corner.

But the Nigerian's first Damallsvenska goal since 2020 was not enough to win.

Just four minutes after Eskilstuna's 2-1 goal, Klara Rybrink scored her first Damallsvenska goal in her career, when she pushed Emma Petrovic's corner right in front of goal.

Thus, Kristianstad is still undefeated this season.

- This is a team that never gives up.

We are at a disadvantage twice and came back both times.

It shows a good attitude, says Kristianstad's 1-1 goal scorer Tabitha Tindell to TV6.
