Aston Palicka, son of the Swedish gold hero Andreas, said after the European Championship win that his father is the world's second best goalkeeper, after Denmark's Niklas Landin.

The Danish star then sent a signed match shirt to Aston.

Now they got to meet.

Because after Sweden's loss, 23–31, against Denmark in the well-filled Malmö Arena, Niklas Landin received a special prize.

Aston then handed it out, and gave a Swedish goalkeeper national team shirt with Palicka's name on the back.

It was not one of his best international matches, but there are wonderful scenes that take place here in Malmö, says SVT's commentator Chris Härenstam.

The international match was the first at home since the European Championship gold in January, so it ended with a Swedish loss.

Before that, Sweden had eight straight victories.
