In an interview with SVT Sport, the Häcken profile Johanna Rytting Kaneryd says that she does not want to stress about moving abroad and that, once she takes the step, it should feel one hundred percent right.

Aspects that are important to take into account when the pressure from clubs abroad increases, according to agent Lisa Ek.

- A player who receives an offer from a good club in Europe, it takes a lot for it to say "no, I do not want that".

So as an agent or as a support person, you may be a parent or other relative, you have to read between the lines.

And do not push the players to something that does not feel right to them.

"Of course always scary to move abroad"

For a transfer that does not feel right for the player, will not be good for the club that recruited, says Lisa Ek.

- Then we will have players in places where they do not want to be and who do not feel well, and if you do not feel well, there will be no development either.

If you are to think purely in terms of football.

- Then of course it is always scary to move abroad and to go outside your safety zone.

And so it will always be.

So you have to distinguish between what is nervous and a little scary, and what does not feel right.

That's a fine line, she says.
