A statement issued by the club stated that the tournament will start next Sunday for 10 days at Al Shamkha Stadium, which comes within the framework of giving the clubs more contact with different football schools from outside the country.

Member of the Board of Directors of Baniyas Football Club and Executive Director of the club, Muhammad Ali Al-Junaibi, said that the tournament is of great interest to Baniyas Club and that they realize the importance of caring for players at this age in order to refine them and make them fully ready to participate in the future with the first team.

He added, "The football schools participating in the tournament will add a lot to its artistic value, especially with the different participating schools, whether from Africa or Europe or through the presence of several local clubs."

It is noteworthy that the Sudanese Al Hilal had participated in the international championship organized by Baniyas Club for the first team in 2010.
