Henrik Glaas basically has a youth position within Brynäs, but has coached the SDHL team for the past three seasons.
2021/2022, the team won the series by far and were favorites into the playoffs.
But Luleå won in the fifth and absolutely decisive final.
Now Glaas is leaving his post.
- It's tough of course.
The goal was that we would win the Swedish Championship gold.
It is a failure and I am ultimately responsible for that.
I would not go so far as to say that it is a failure, because Luleå is a very good team.
My contract expires and I will not renew.
I do not know what will happen in the future, says Glaas to SVT.
- We will see what tasks I have if I remain in the club.
But I will not coach the SDHL team next season.
