Raja raised its score to 15 points, compared to 9 points for ES Setif, and the two teams qualified for the 8th round earlier.

The video showed that about 70,000 Raja fans welcomed their Algerian brothers, who attended the stands to support their team, at the final meeting of the continental championship competitions.

The audience of Raja chanted in one voice, "Moroccan Algeria, our blood is Arab... and we are empty, not enmity" (meaning we are brothers), in a clear reference to the strong ties that unite the two peoples despite some political differences that sour the atmosphere from time to time.

The winning goal came in the 74th minute with a header by defender Marwan Al Hadhoudi.
