In an official statement issued, Ahmed Belhoul Al Falasi stressed, during the meeting, the importance of enhancing the level of cooperation and coordination among all concerned parties, and mobilizing national energies in order to provide the highest quality in the field of sports, to achieve a qualitative leap at the level of achievements on the continent and globally, and to enhance the state’s position as a sports center. Attractive at the global level, in line with the directives of the wise leadership and the vision of the "UAE 2071", which aims to invest in the country's youth, and equip them with skills and knowledge so that the UAE will be the best country in the world by the centenary of its founding.

Al Falasi pointed out that the Council is working to develop the sports sector in the country, in order to discover talent, refine their skills, and prepare national cadres specialized in sports affairs, by providing all the elements and conditions for excellence, in terms of infrastructure, training cadres and comprehensive care, to ensure an integrated development process for the manufacture of Olympic champions.
