Vancouver is having a hard time against St. LouisBlues this season.

Two days ago they lost 4-1 and last night another loss against the same team.

The first period ended goalless at Rogers Arena in Vancouver.

In the second period, it only took 31 seconds, then the home team took the lead where Oliver Ekman-Larsson was involved.

St Louis put the equalizer in the middle of the period and then Elias Pettersson was able to steal a pass and scored a nice goal for his team.

The Swede behind the setback

But the guests did not want to be worse.

Before the second period was over, they had time to both equalize and take the lead after Pettersson pushed the puck up in the attack zone, dribbled past a player and then failed to pass the teammate.

St. Louis managed the chance and thus came in a free position and could put 2-2.

In the middle of the last period, the guests extended the lead and it looked like they were once again heading for a comfortable victory.

But Vancouver and Pettersson wanted something else and the Swede ruled in 3-4 with just over five minutes left.

Vancouver now has three straight losses against St Louis and at home they have not managed to win the last four games.
