Emil Forsberg and Joakim Nilsson have a good view of the great threat against Sweden in Tuesday's decisive World Cup qualifier.

Nilsson and his Arminia Bielefeld stepped up in the Bundesliga two seasons ago.

Since then, the club has been riveted to the bottom of the table - but has nevertheless made surprisingly good matches against the champions club, Robert Lewandowski's Bayern Munich.

Bielefeld held 0-0 for a long time at the Allianz arena in November but eventually lost 0-1.

Nilsson was set against the Polish attacking star - who went goalless off the field.

Last season, Bielefeld - with Nilsson in the starting eleven - managed sensationally 3-3 in Munich.

Lewandowski scored one of the goals.

- When you meet Bayern Munich, he is up there and it is clear he is the one who usually scores goals.

You know what qualities he has and everyone who follows football knows how to try to stop him, but you can not put too much focus on him, says Nilsson.

An exciting task

Emil Forsberg and his Leipzig have faced Lewandowski several times over the years - and it has often ended in the Pole's favor.

- It is clear that when you meet so often, you have to adapt more and more.

I think he is a striker who is very cunning in the "box".

He usually comes with speed on posts, with power and is usually first.

It is something he is very sharp at, but I think we did well this summer, says Forsberg.

Then he talks about the group stage match in the European Championships in St. Petersburg.

There Forsberg pulled the longest straw.

The goal duel between him and Lewandowski ended 2-2, but Sweden won the match 3-2.

-Even though he scored two goals, we did incredibly well during large parts of the match.

We know we beat them this summer and we know we are a good team when we can get it together.

It is a good feeling to take with you and we will build on that.

We have met them and we know roughly what kind of team is waiting, says Forsberg.

More homework in Poland

Robert Lewandowski was seen by many as the world's top player last year, but it is in Bayern Munich that he stands out, scores goals and breaks one goal record after another.

Lewandowski in the Polish national team?

There he gets a slightly different role.

Forsberg develops:

- In Poland he has to take a greater defensive responsibility than he needs to do in Bavaria where you play in a different way under Julian (Nagelsmann, the coach).

Here he gets to do a little more defensively.

If we can get him to do quite a lot of defensive work by holding the ball and playing around, then that's positive for us.
