19-year-old Edvin Anger won the sprint qualifier at the Swedish Championships in Piteå, ahead of several national team skiers.

But would he hold all the way?

The answer was yes.

Anger made it all the way to the final and once there he created a real gap towards the stadium.

He held all the way and barked at a superior Swedish Championship gold.

It is also noteworthy that four out of five skiers in the Swedish Championship final were born in 1998 and later.
