Just under a week remains until the Allsvenskan premiere and during the weekend the teams will rehearse before the start.

AIK hosted Jönköping Södra at home on Skytteholm and won 2-1.

But after just over an hour of play, a real bang came.

Attacking star Nabil Bahoui got stuck in the grass in connection with a duel and was forced to make a change.

At the side, he was seen linking off with a wrapped knee.

- I think he got stuck in the dry artificial turf.

He came at high speed.

We were a little worried that something might have broken there.

Those were some disturbing minutes.

But I got indications fairly quickly that there would be no danger and I also hope that it will continue to be so.

It is clear that he will be investigated further, we can hope that everything is okay, says AIK coach Bartosz Grzelak to SVT Sport.

Not worried

Bahoui left Skytteholm quickly after the final signal to receive treatment at the training facility at Karlberg.

Further investigations are now pending.

The AIK coach is not worried.

- Right now I'm not in any case.

The medical team said it straight away: that I should not be worried.

Hard-to-play match

AIK's first goal was scored by Nicolas Stefanelli when he screwed in 1-0 in the 30th minute of the match.

The second full hit was noted by Erik Ring with just over 20 minutes left to play.

Jönköping Södra's Robin Book scored a consolation goal just three minutes later.

- Quite difficult to play conditions today with a lot of wind and a hard artificial turf.

I think that from our side we make a little too many technical mistakes for us to have a good flow.

But after all, we are stable and we work down our opponent and manage to win the match.

We get to air the match squad as well.

In summary, a good genre rep, says Grzelak about the match.

AIK premieres against Häcken on April 2.
