Osaka, who is ranked 77th in the world ranking, played against Astra Sharma of Australia in 96th place in the world in the first round of women's singles at the tour tournament held in Miami, USA.
It was the first match since Osaka was defeated after being ranted by the spectators at another tour tournament this month and shedding tears during the match. I took the first set 6-3 and the second set 6-4 and proceeded to the second round with a straight win.
