Manchester United's shooting star Anthony Elanga has blossomed properly this winter.

And was now for the first time selected in Sweden's national team which via the playoff will try to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar.

The national teams of England and Cameroon were alternatives for Elanga, who moved to the British Isles at a young age and his father Joseph Elanga was part of Cameroon's squad at the 1998 World Cup.

- I was born in Sweden, spent 75 percent of my life here and Sweden means a lot to me.

Everyone knows that I could have represented Cameroon and England, but for me it was always Sweden.

It is a dream to represent Sweden at this level, says Anthony Elanga at today's press conference.
