Sweden is playing its first match since November and for the players in the Swedish squad, it has been varied with playing time since the last collection.

In addition to midfield trio Victor Nilsson Lindelöf, Joakim Nilsson and Carl Starfelt, who have been largely regular in their club teams, there has been a lack of playing time for several of those who will stop the Czech attack.

"Been so mixed with playing time"

Marcus Danielsson has only been training since January 12 and Filip Helander has recently returned from a knee operation.

Martin Olsson has played six matches since the last collection and Ludwig Augustinsson has only started in five matches.

Emil Krafth is suspended and Daniel Sundgren has started in ten of 17 matches but is on zero competitive internationals.

- In general, I want our players to play all the time in their club teams.

But it has never been so during my time as the national team captain, that it has been so mixed with playing time, says Janne Andersson.

Goalkeeper Robin Olsen has not been in a single match since the World Cup qualifier in November.

But there, the league captain is not particularly worried.

Regarding Robin, I think that every time he is part of the national team, he does well and I have great confidence in him.

It's been a bit messy this winter, I have to admit.

But at the same time, we are full of hope now that we are entering this collection, he says.

On March 24,
