Sandra Näslund has without a doubt been the dominant player of the season in the skicross world.

Apart from a crash in Arosa in December, she has won all competitions in the World Cup, plus she won the Olympics last month.

Palletized the pressure

Today, in Swiss Veisonnaz, it was time for the season's last competition, and Näslund was of course the giant favorite.

And also this time Näslund relieved the pressure.

She won both the quarterfinals and the semifinals, and in the final she took the lead immediately.

Pressed by Smith

After a jump, she landed on one leg and looked close to falling, but she solved the problems.

She was pressured by the Swiss Fanny Smith, and then snatched a big lead and took another clear victory.

- In the final I got a perfect start.

The first jump was not great, and I had some trouble further down.

But I am glad that I managed to win another competition, she said in a TV interview immediately after the race.

SVT Sports expert Victor Öhling Norberg was impressed by Näslund's efforts.

- How big!

It's great riding, he said.

- Näslund class!

She made a Sandra!

What a sportswoman!

Incredibly impressive!
