The draw for the Champions League quarter-finals was held today, Friday, at the headquarters of the European Union for the game (UEFA) in the Swiss city of Nyon.

And it resulted in difficult and affordable confrontations, as Chelsea, who holds the title of Real Madrid, the most crowned player in the tournament with 13 titles, will host the first leg in London, while the return match will be held at the Bernabeu.

In the remaining quarter-final matches:

  • Manchester City - Atletico Madrid

  • Villarreal - Bayern Munich

  • Benfica - Liverpool

The first leg matches will be played at Manchester City, Villarreal and Benfica stadiums.

In the semi-finals, the winner of the match against City and Atletico will meet the winner of the match against Chelsea and Real Madrid.

The other semi-final match will be between the winner of the match between Benfica and Liverpool, and the winner of the match against Villarreal and Bayern Munich.

The first-leg matches of the quarter-finals will be held on the fifth and sixth of April, while the return matches will be held on the 12th and 13th of the same month.

The semi-finals will be held on 26 and 27 April, while the return round will be held on 3 and 4 May.

As for the final, it will be held on May 28 in the French capital, Paris, after the hosting of the Russian city of St. Petersburg was withdrawn due to the Russian war on Ukraine.
